The five-year repair promise, explained
Tears, zips, seam tape and buttons: if it breaks in the first five years, we fix it for free. After that, we fix it at cost.
Everything we sell comes with five years of free repairs. Post it to the studio in Rotterdam or drop it at a repair point, and we send it back within three weeks.
What is covered
Zips, sliders, seam tape, poppers, buttons, holes and delamination. We patch with offcuts of the original cloth, so a repair looks like it belongs.
After five years we keep repairing at cost. We would rather mend a jacket three times than sell you a new one.
Our promise
Everything we make is tested in the rain room, and repaired free for five years.
